PRICING: Allure Nail Supply offers the most competitive prices for each of its products. Changes may be made to this publication periodically. All prices are subject to change without prior notification. Catalog, website, and in-store prices may vary.

Shipping Time: We ship the same business day if your item is in stock. Within the U.S., it usually takes 2-5 business days to receive your items. Outside the U.S. varies. Canadian orders are typically 5-6 business days. Please contact customer service for shipping time of international orders. Due to unexpected delivery times, not all items are guaranteed to be available 100% of the time. Back ordered items will be cancelled and must be reordered.

MISSING ITEMS: Missing Items must be reported within 3 days from receipt of order.

Damages: Inspect shipments thoroughly before signing for any packages. All visible damages of packages and boxes must be noted and informed to the delivery driver before signing for the shipment. Reports for visible and concealed damages must be reported within 24 hours. Please call 1-866-98-NAILS (1-866-986-2457) to report damages.

Shipping Charges: All of our Nail Supplies are free shipping within the 48 states for any purchases over $100.00. Shipping is $8.95 for any purchases under $100.00. Please contact us for shipping costs to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any international orders.

Minimum Order: All orders require a minimum of $50.00 to be processed. Any orders under $50.00 will be pending in our systems until minimum order requirement is met.

returns: Claims must be made within 72 hrs of receiving merchandise. Un-used products must be returned in their original box/packaging/RA# Number. For Return Authorization Number (RA#), call us at 1-866-986-2457. We do not accept returns on nail polish, electric files, implements, drill bits or used acrylic and liquid. Defective electronics must be returned to the manufacturer (please contact us for information where to send to). Returns that are sent to us without the proper RA# Number or without their original box/package will be refused. Shipping Costs are non-refundable. There is a $25.00 Re-Stock Fee for any of the following: - Refused Orders - Address Correction or Wrong Address

ORDER CANCELLATION: If order has already been processed and not shipped out yet, you will be charged $25.00 for cancellation fee. If your order has already been processed and is already in transit to you, you will be charged $25.00 for cancellation fee and all the related shipping and handling return fees.

WARRANTY: We support all manufacturer warranties. We assign to the buyer those warranties provided by the manufacturer of the goods being purchased. These warranties pass through Allure Nail Supply onto the buyer. Allure Nail Supply shall have no liability or responsibility for fulfilling the terms of the manufacturer’s warranties, and the sole recourse for BUYER relating to the manufacturer’s warranty shall be through the manufacturer. We will act as a representative for the buyer to help expedite warranty issues. BUYER agrees to Release and HOLD HARMLESS Allure Nail Supply from any and all claims relating to breach of manufacturer’s warranties.
